First Day

I have to admit that I am feeling a little nervous about the first day of school. Yes, teachers get nervous too! Will it be a good year? Can I balance everything in my life?

THANK YOU to many of you have ordered Pearls for your child's first day of school ... that makes me smile!!! My kids have also picked out their 1st day outfits. Here's Lilly's choice ... she calls it "Pearl of the Ocean." Now to figure out what bottoms to make to go with it???? I have a week to figure that out.

For your information, once school starts, my turnaround time will increase. I cherish every moment with my children and don't want to spend all their awake time at the sewing machine. :) Currently, I am able to turn around an order in about 1 week. Once school starts on September 6th, my "wait time" will be 2-3 weeks. If you are thinking Holiday gifts, the earlier you order, the better. Things will once again get very busy in November!
